How it works

Both our urine only and urine and vaginal swab kits are compatible.
Take the test and wait for your results
We'll aim to turn your results around within 48 hours of receipt.
Order your culture
If we find any organisms that we can culture, you'll be able to order this service from your results page.
Receive your antibiotic resistance results
If the culturing and antibiotic resistance testing is successful, you'll receive the results within 5-7 working days.
What if it doesn't grow?
There is a small chance that the organism you've requested doesn't grow in our lab.
If this is the case, we'll let you know why and automatically refund you for 50% of the price of this service.
I thought you already provided antibiotic information?
If we detect a pathogen in your sample we will always provide treatment suggestions. These are based on our previous lab studies with the same species.
In some cases the exact strain you have in your sample might behave differently to those we’ve looked at before. So, although it works in most cases, our advice might not always be right for you.
This option is for when you want us to test the exact bacteria in your sample. It costs a bit more and takes a little more time, but this way you know the advice is tailor made for you.
