A Digital Microbiology subscription gives you four tests per year, with a kit shipped every three months.
Payment is taken automatically using the card saved to your account, once every three months. You will receive an email at least 48 hours before each payment is processed.
If the subscription price changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the new price takes effect without penalty.
Each kit is valid for six months from the date of dispatch. You must return your sample within that window. Kits returned after six months cannot be processed and are not eligible for a refund.
If your kit has been dispatched and you no longer wish to use it, you may request a refund within two months of the original payment. Refunds are issued minus £20 to cover the cost of the physical kit. No refund can be issued once your sample has been received by the lab.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Kits already dispatched are subject to the refund policy above.
